Newfound Lake Log Home Rentals ("we," "us," or "our") operates two vacation rental properties — Eagle Ridge Log Home and Big Bear Log Home — on Newfound Lake in Hebron, New Hampshire, and this website, newfoundlakeloghomerentals.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Important: this Site is an informational and marketing website. We do not process reservations or payments directly through this Site. Bookings for both properties are made through Airbnb and Vrbo, and any information you submit as part of booking a stay is collected and handled by those companies under their own privacy policies, not this one. Section 4 explains this in more detail.

Our Site links to other third-party resources for trip planning, including Google Maps driving directions, grocery stores, and our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third-party sites.

This Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform, which may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and collect basic analytics. Our ability to modify certain aspects of this collection is limited, as it is provided by our third-party hosting platform.

In the event of a security breach affecting personal information we maintain, we will provide notification as required under New Hampshire's security breach notification law, RSA 359-C:20.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. While families with children are welcome guests at our properties, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us for prompt deletion.
