• Security camera/recording devices — We have security cameras facing the driveway at the front of the home. There are other cameras mounted to cover the perimeter of the house.  They do not show private areas.  The only camera in the house is in the basement which is closed off to guests. Show more

• Must climb stairs — There are 4 stairs to climb when entering our home from the garage to the inside of the home.

• Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you will be charged the cost of the all damages in addition to your security deposit.

• Cleaning Fee - This includes both the cleaning of the house and having the hot tub cleaned and serviced.

• Vacation Rental Agreement - You must sign our rental agreement before we will approve your stay.

• You must also sign the Hot Tub Waiver.

Welcome to our retirement home. It's important to set clear expectations when staying at Eagle Ridge.  We have wonderful neighbors and live in a quiet special spot overlooking the lake.  We have a very strict policy of no more than six guests.  Parties and gatherings of any kind will not be tolerated.  These rules are monitored by several ways including cameras and neighbors who carefully watch our property.  If rules are broken you will be asked to leave and you will not be refunded.  We are sorry to have to bring this stuff up but have had to act on these issues in the past.  We ask that you to treat our home as you would want someone to treat yours.
