Security camera/recording devices — We have security cameras facing the driveway at the front of the home. There are other cameras mounted to cover the perimeter of the house. They do not show private areas. The only camera in the house is in the basement which is closed off to guests. Show more

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you will be charged the cost of the all damages in addition to your security deposit.

Cleaning Fee - This includes both the cleaning of the house and having the hot tub cleaned and serviced.

Vacation Rental Agreement - You must sign our rental agreement before we will approve your stay.
