This custom built 2,700 square foot Golden Eagle Log Home is set on 6.7 private acres in the heart of the New Hampshire Lakes Region and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Bigger than Eagle Ridge, Big Bear features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a kids bunk room, a custom built log bed and three bedrooms with private decks overlooking Newfound Lake. The home was designed with families and groups in mind, combining the character of a classic New Hampshire log home with the modern amenities and attention to detail our guests have come to expect.

Four Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms each with private decks overlooking Newfound Lake. A king master suite on floor 1. Floor two has a queen bed and a toddler bed in one room and a king bed in the other room. The fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds for kids.
Kids themed bunk room with two log bunk beds each with their own light and USB/Power outlets.

The great room has 27’ ceilings and a grand stone gas fireplace, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
There is a wall mounted TV next to our gorgeous window wall.
Big Bear's screened in porch is a perfect way to enjoy nights on the lake with family and friends.

Security camera/recording devices — We have security cameras facing the driveway at the front of the home. There are other cameras mounted to cover the perimeter of the house. They do not show private areas. The only camera in the house is in the basement which is closed off to guests. Show more

Must climb stairs — There are 4 stairs to climb when entering our home from the garage to the inside of the home.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you will be charged the cost of the all damages in addition to your security deposit.
